SPECIFICS & QUALITY
- Handmade on an A2 size folded card (4.25" x 5.5")
- Printed on heavy 110 lb cover stock for optimal quality (FCS certified paper)
- Includes a corresponding self-seal envelope
- Blank inside allowing customers the freedom to add personalized message
- Packaged securely inside of an eco-friendly biodegradable bag for added protection (no plastic!) - please recycle this or pop it in your home compost bin

SHIPPING
- Ships within 1-3 business days after purchase
- Shipped via USPS First Class Mail
- Packaged securely in a rigid eco-friendly envelope to prevent damage and bending
- Tracking number NOT included (if wish for tracking, additional fees will apply)

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact me. I am more than happy to resend the card for free! However, I will ask for an additional processing fee of $3 so the card can be shipped with tracking to be able to better monitor the shipment. Please message me with any questions or concerns!

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. Please take the time to completely review your selection before purchasing. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me and I will do my best to make things right!

WRONG ADDRESS
If you accidentally enter the wrong address, please message me immediately! I will fix it as soon as possible free of charge. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately I cannot change the shipping address.
